Wrong use of Roman numerals

After a quick glance, I noticed that the numerals were incorrectly used. It is much harder to read them when it’s like this. I’m not a tan of the incorrect usage and will not print them out. I’m sure there’s a refresher course on YouTube if one didn’t learn this in high school.
For example 4 is IV, 9 is IX. There’s never a use of IIII.

High School Teachings

On Wikipedia you can take a quick refresher course.

"At some early time the Romans started to use the shorter forms IV ("one less than 5") for IIII, and IX ("one less than 10") for VIIII – a convention that has been widely, although not universally, followed ever since.[b] This convention is called "subtractive" notation,[5] as opposed to the "additive" notation of IIII and VIIII."

Both Forms Are Correct
by: Zelda

Actually both forms are correct and this version is taken from an antique, traditional deck.
